Operational Support Disclaimer

EmberOps Fire is designed as an operational support platform for fire departments and related agencies. It should not be used as the sole operational or life-safety system during emergency incidents.

Department Responsibility

Departments remain responsible for incident command decisions, accountability verification, personnel safety, radio communications, operational redundancy, and compliance requirements.

Availability

Internet-based systems may experience outages, delays, connectivity failures, or third-party service interruptions.

Support Expectations

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Immediate response times and after-hours support are not guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

Certain features may rely on hosting providers, mapping services, SMS providers, email providers, Cloudflare, or other third-party tools.
