By accessing or using EmberOps Fire, users and departments agree to these Terms of Service.
Service Description
EmberOps Fire provides operational software tools for fire departments, including incident command dashboards, accountability tools, hydrant mapping, calendars, SOP/SOG access, run forms, alerts, and operational workflows.
No Emergency Service Guarantee
EmberOps Fire is an operational support platform only. It is not guaranteed to function during all incidents, emergencies, outages, or technical failures.
User Responsibilities
Departments remain responsible for incident command decisions, personnel accountability, emergency communications, operational verification, and backup procedures.
Payments and Billing
Paid subscriptions, custom deployments, onboarding, and additional modules may require recurring or one-time fees.
Custom Deployments
Custom requests beyond the standard platform may require separate quotes, development timelines, and support expectations.
Limitation of Liability
EmberOps Fire and NEA Scan are not liable for operational decisions, incident outcomes, service interruptions, third-party outages, or indirect damages.
